LandOrc Launches NFT Property Series

LandOrc, a company that provides financing and land ownership mortgage management to real estate developers through non-fungible tokens (NFTs), is set to launch a limited edition series of real estate NFTs. The project will have two phases, with the first phase offering a collection of digital assets that generate annual returns based on market performance. The second phase will involve a game that rewards NFT owners. Each NFT will represent a unique real-world property asset and provide its owner with an equivalent share of the property's returns. The game will involve the buying and selling of 28 digital real estate assets, with each asset having its unique NFT representation. The game is set to launch in Q3 2023.
