Updated Tier List for Midlaner!!

Here is my Updated Tier List for Midlaner based on recent buffs and nerfs in this patch including the newcomer hero, Arlott.

Its based on few point such as

1. Rotation
2. Fast clearing wave
3. Power spike
4. Damage and cooldown
5. Utility and Function
6. Late game
7. High ground defense

So it will be split into 5 group.

S. Most OP and strong meta pick.
A. Mostly can solo kill, counter initate war or high late game potential.
B. Most of them have late game potential
C. Not quite always used in midlane but still strong.
