Pubg Mobile S4 Comeback

Clash of Giants is the highest level of third party tournaments that has been held in a long time, having many Giant PMPL Teams and some underdogs team that fought their way to the Top.


Today we see that 21 NFT eSports and 4Merical Vibes will be going straight to the GrandFinals while the 3rd to 11th will go to the survival stages, Among the 9 teams there's our country giant, Genexus.


The format is similar to PMGC which make this a very intriguing tournament to watch (and it last for a long time too)

The MPL Malaysia S12 reached its peak during Week 4, famously known as #MingguDiraja (Royal Week), where kings of the league showcased their might. The Land of Dawn witnessed intense battles that shook the very earth. As #MingguDiraja came to a close, Team SMG seized the throne with 15 points, followed by HomeBois, RSG MY, and Selangor Red Giants, all sharing the second spot with 14 points. Team HAQ maintained their fifth position with 11 points.


#MingguDiraja - A Week of Grandeur


The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang community came together once again during #MingguDiraja, setting two new records. According to Esports Charts, the match between Todak and HomeBois during #SeruSaturday in Week 4 reached a whopping 166,488 Peak Concurrent Viewers (PCV), the highest of the season, surpassing the 143,417 PCV achieved during the season opener when Todak faced Team SMG.


Note: PCV mentioned above includes viewers from Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube only; it does not include TV broadcast viewership like Astro Arena.


Furthermore, Dewan Sri Putra was filled with over 3,000 fans who witnessed the intensity of #MingguDiraja in person. This marked the highest attendance of Season 12, surpassing the previous Regular Season Week 4 record of 2,000 fans.


Team SMG's Triumph and Setback


Team SMG claimed the top spot on the leaderboard, earning 4 points, while Selangor Red Giants garnered just 1 point after suffering two consecutive defeats this week. However, Team SMG couldn't maintain their winning streak, losing narrowly to RSG MY with a score of 2-1.


HomeBois' slim victory against Selangor Red Giants (2-1) played a crucial role in Team SMG's ascent to the league's summit. HomeBois continued their winning streak by defeating the defending champions, Todak. This week, HomeBois shared the title of 'King Slayer' with RSG MY. It was also a great week for HomeBois internationally, as HomeBois SG started their MPL SG journey with two significant victories against Alchemy SG (2-0) and Bleed Esports (2-1).


However, the defending champions, Todak, faced another challenging week, failing to secure any points after losing both of their matches. Todak now finds themselves in seventh place, with a win-loss ratio of 1:5. With three matches remaining, Todak needs to be cautious, especially against Team Secret, who just secured their first MPL MY victory by defeating RED Esports (2-1).


Preview of Week 5: Celebrating Malaysia Day


In Week 5, MPL Malaysia will host a special program to celebrate Malaysia Day. With a spirit of unity and community, Week 5 will feature local icons to celebrate our nation's pride. The week will also continue our mission together, Mi5i Malaysia, and the #pantangmengalah spirit in preparation for the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang M5 World Championship 2023.


Todak will kick off Week 5 with a match against MPX NSEA. While they may have represented the country in prestigious international MLBB events, Todak's mission will focus on achieving positive results before facing RSG MY on Day 2.

FlyQuest had to start from scratch after losing every member of the 2020 roster that saw them make two LCS finals and a first-time appearance at Worlds.Following their week five game one victory over Golden Guardians, FlyQuests Philip sat down with Esports.gg’s Piratechnics for an exclusive interview.Pira: Congratulations on a big win it was dominating. I mean, it felt like this team was so scrappy. How do you feel in the aftermath of that one over Golden Guardians?<img src="https://cdn.owlscore.com/artilce/esportsgg/flyquest-golden-guardians-victory-1024x683.jpg">FLY Philip: I think after last week’s loss to TSM I think a lot of teams kind of forgot how we beat 100 Thieves the previous day and how we beat Cloud9 while also playing TL close. Yeah, I was hoping to get like some sort of resurgence for today.Pira: Seems like you got it and your Gwen was not just hyper-aggressive. But also you were just coming out of every possible angle getting great flanks off, do you feel like you had to make the big plays?FLY Philip: I mean yeah, to be honest, a problem for me is when I miss too much CS, I start like monkeying around [laughs]. I have this weird mindset where I have to do some crazy stuff to get back to gold, you know, but like, that’s obviously like a really bad habit. But yeah, I mean, I knew my strength and my job is just straight up fighting and maximising my damage. So I just Just look for plays like we saw today.Pira: Now that you’ve completed a full round robin in the LCS coming up from Academy, what have been your biggest takeaways as an LCS top laner now?FLY Philip: For sure knowing how the game is played at a much higher level, I would say. I would say in the academy, like, the macro and just how the game is played is different to LCS. In academy it’s really individual skill reliant. Like a lot of games are just decided through the laning phase to be honest. And these games it feels much more like a chess game. And just feels like, like the mechanical stuff. It’s, it’s much rarer for it to result in like a win, I guess.Pira: So is it like weirdly like less pressure because the individual play level and the mistakes you might make don’t matter as much?FLY Philip: I would say the champion pools that people have in Academy are much more volatile than in LCS. It’s because they play a lot more carry champions right like Camille, Irelia etc. In LCS, I’m playing against like Kayle today, I’m playing against Gwen and Ornn you know, and I feel like it’s more about just playing the scaling game here rather than just having a scrap in Academy.Pira: Is there a champion you really want to bring out on the FlyQuest roster?FLY Philip: I have a pick but I don’t want to say because it is going to come in clutch one day [laughs]. Pira: So is there a champion that like you’d love to bring to the LCS something that maybe you’ve had in the back pocket? Or is there a strategy that you found, you know, playing around in academy that you’d love to see in LCS?FLY Philip: I think Camille is a big one in Academy. I would say, there are a bunch of Camille mains in there that are really good at the champion and in LCS, it’s rarely played right. And I think this champion, you see in the LPL and the LCK and I think even eventually blind picking it might be an advantage that I may have.Pira: Yeah I think other regions like to play Jax, we started seeing Fiora being blind pickable as well. So you would love to see more carries being played in the top side? FLY Philip: Yeah, I just take a lot of inspiration from LPL top laners you know, like, I think a big reason Yone top in NA is because no one plays Jax or Fiora. Those are the two champions that counter Yone top. I think a big reason why people are getting away with playing Yone top here is that they don’t play those champs.Pira: Oh that is interesting, and who would you say is your favorite LPL top laner right now?FLY Philip: Probably LNG Ale, there was a game where he just destroyed Burdol with Fiora against Irelia. And the gap in that lane is every top laners dream [laughs].Pira: That is awesome! Moving it back to the LCS, what has it been like playing with veteran players like Josedeodo and Toucouille? <img src="https://cdn.owlscore.com/artilce/esportsgg/fly-philip-featured-image-1-1024x682.jpg">FLY Philip: Well first off when you get to know them, they’re one of the funniest, funniest people you could meet in the esports scene. I would say like when we are together we are just trolling around. Even last season, we were just making fun of each other. But it’s like really funny, you know, like, we play each other. We have this meme that we have with each other in Champions Queue. It’s like when you get two FLY members on the same team, it’s like two FLY can’t win. And when you get three, it’s like, three FLY can’t win. And I think that’s like, it’s pretty funny.Pira: That is pretty funny, and moving onto your opponents, you have played against every player in the league now, what is your thoughts on the other LCS top laners?FLY Philip: I mean they’re obviously good at their champions good at the really smart. I think for top lane, in terms of Gnar gameplay I think Impact , Ssumday and even Bwipo, their Gnar gameplay play is amongst the best in the world. Right. So I think Gnar is champ that since it’s always in the meta throughout the years, right, I’m trying to find a good answer. Pira: Absolutely, speaking of academy too, we are seeing more and more academy players be moved up to LCS, is there anybody in academy right now that is catching your eye?FLY Philip: I think from playing against players like tenacity and I think Bradley those guys have the champ pool and mechanical skill. I had a very unpleasant ranked experience a few days ago, right after i updated the app. This is my first time playing ranked after the large update. However, a lot of bugs happened. First, I didn’t even knoe what has the enemy chosen. that makes me think that is that the new draft didnt let us pick hero? and after that, i couldn’t even choose my hero! the system picked kagura for me and i had to use her with the marksman emblem! also, i killed gusion at around 1-2 min after the match started and the system disconnected me. after reconnecting, i got 0 kill and 2 deaths! what the hell is happening here? i hope moonton fixes that as soon as possible

Ability Arena is stripped down to focus entirely on, well, abilities. You don’t need to worry about getting items or increasing hero levels. Instead, these abilities are taken from Dota 2’s heroes, generally retain the same synergy, and are given massive upgrades called Super and Gaben tiers.The process is familiar — pick a god to represent your player, place units on the board, and buy abilities to make them stronger. It can be hard to build a reliable carry in Ability Arena, since powerful right-click spells are usually snapped up like hotcakes.Remember, your starting god can be important, but the most powerful things in the game are still abilities — especially Gaben-tier ones. All abilities cost three gold, but the value you get from your purchase can wildly vary. Evaluate if you should leave a spell at level three if there’s little chance you want to improve on it.Mousing over an ability shows you how much of it is left in a pool. It’s probably best to leave highly-contested spells at level three, instead of gunning for them, and focus on the core strategies that will really boost your heroes.You don’t need to feel pressured to completely deck out every hero with spells. Sometimes, your starter Zeus is only good for casting Chain Frost before dying, and that’s fine. It’s far more important that characters you’ve already heavily invested in keep their lives, so they can get their spells out.There are some long-range or global spells in the game suitable for backline heroes, like Mortimer’s Kisses, Life Drain, and Chaotic Offering. Any other spell they cast is a bonus — but as long as the big one goes out, they’ve done their jobs well.Every ability in this game mode only has 20 limited copies. To get a skill to level nine, you’ll need almost half of the entire pool — not to mention the many rerolls you’ll need to invest in. Sometimes, it’s better to sell a contested ability for another one, especially when you get a good hand of abilities that you can easily double or even triple up on.<img src="https://cdn.owlscore.com/artilce/onee/Dota2_AbilityArena_Heroes-1024x576.jpg">In Ability Arena, you get a new hero every three rounds. Your starting hero is a D, and each subsequent new hero gets a tier upgrade all the way up to S. You wouldn’t want an S-tier Invoker as a frontliner, or a D-tier Ursa to be your main spellcaster.Even within their own attributes, S-tier heroes tend to hyper-specialize in one attribute. Primal Beast has four strength gain, and Terrorblade has four agility gain — but they also have lower growth in secondary stats.
