The MLBB Professional League (MPL) Indonesia 2023 has once again smashed viewership records, becoming the most-watched esports event of July 2023, according to Esports Charts. The 12th season of this franchised esports league is ongoing from July 12 to Oct. 15 in Jakarta. 👏


In a thrilling face-off between RRQ and EVOS Legends on July 29, the competition reached a peak of 2.1 million viewers, making it the standout event of the month. With an intense match lasting nearly 32 minutes, RRQ emerged victorious after an epic struggle. Currently, three weeks of the MPL Indonesia Regular Season have concluded, with five more to go. The current standings reflect the fierce competition:

3. Bigetron Alpha: 4-2
 
4. EVOS Legends: 4-2
 
5. Dewa United Esports: 3-3


The top two teams from the regular season will earn a Playoffs bye and represent Indonesia at the MLBB M4 World Championship.

They defeated Blacklist International from the Philippines in the best-of-seven grand finals with a score of 4-2. With this victory, ONIC Esports ended the Philippines' two-year domination of the MSC and secured their second MSC championship.

The team's impressive performance throughout the tournament showcased their strength and skill. As the champions, ONIC Esports will receive the majority share of the prize pool, amounting to US$140,000, while Blacklist International will take home US$60,000.


ONIC Esports, known for their success in the Mobile Legends Professional League (MPL) ID Season 11, entered the MSC 2023 as favorites. They demonstrated their dominance from the beginning, finishing the Group Stage with a perfect 4-0 record and securing the top seed in their group.


In the Knockout Stage, ONIC Esports continued their winning streak with a resounding 3-0 victory over ECHO, the reigning world champions, in the semifinals. Blacklist International also showcased their strength by topping their group and defeating Burn x FLASH from Cambodia in the semifinals.


The grand finals saw ONIC Esports taking an early lead by winning the first two games. Despite a strong comeback attempt from Blacklist International, ONIC remained composed and secured a 3-1 series lead. They ultimately sealed their victory with a dominant performance in game six.


Nicky &quot;Kiboy&quot; Fernando, the 20-year-old roamer for ONIC Esports, was awarded the Finals MVP title and a bonus of US$3,000. With their MSC 2023 victory, ONIC Esports now set their sights on the upcoming M5 World Championship, which will be hosted in the Philippines. There, they will have another opportunity to challenge the Philippines' dominance in the Mobile Legends esports scene.

Rumusan notis MPLMY semalam.


1. Sebab utama bracket playoff x boleh ubah dah skrg sbb semua team dah setuju masa sebelum season start. Kalau nak ubah juga akan byk ganggu sama ada persiapan team dan persetujuan. Ada tambahan rehat satu jam stgh sblum LB Final.


2. Alasan sistem h2h dibuat sbb nak elak team x pandang serius match yg dorg akn main. Dan rule ni pun x leh ubah sbb semua dah setuju.


3. Tentang isu penyalahgunaan tatabahasa dalam poster/video atau apa2 je yg disiarkan MPL. Dan juga tentang qr code mpl predictor. Lepas ni mpl akan amik lebih serius. Saya nak tambah juga akhirnya website pun dah diupdate setelah sekian lama.


Ni lah basicly apa yg nk disampaikan. Semoga next Season ada penambahbaikkan dalam sistem play off tu.


Oleh tu saya amik kesempatan lukiskan bracket utk rujukan utk bracket play off season depan. mcm mana yg betul2 balance dan game mana perlu start dulu. Penting susunan sape start dulu untuk jaga meta. Dan juga hapuskan h2h kalau single round robin next season. Itu je perlu di ejas next season. Rasanya ramai gila yg dah jelaskan kenapa.

Dengan ini kita akan melihat pasukan manakah yang ada peluang lebih rendah untuk ke LCQ Dan kita akan mulakan dengan SEM9. SEM9 mempunyai hari pertama yang agak baik di Liga namun mereka tidak mampu kekal konsisten menyebabkan mereka hanya lepas ke survival stage diatas Pagar.


NASR dan Quest juga dilihat sama dengan SEM9 cuma terbalik, mereka mempunyai hari yang buruk pada awal Liga namun berjaya melakukan comeback pada hari terakhir macam IHC.


Pergaduhan dropspot diantara NGX Dan DX di peta Erangel juga akan menyebabkan mereka terlepas LCQ jika mereka tak nak melepaskan Ego mereka yang tinggi untuk merebut Pochinki.


FaZe Dan GG mungkin pasukan yang besar tetapi dengan Melihat permainan mereka di Liga yang selalu tidak menjadi, ia menjadi agak sukar untuk Melihat mereka ke peringkat seterusnya.
