Updated Tier List - Which is the strongest EXP Laner?

Here is my Updated Tier List for EXP Laner for current patch buffs/nerfs and meta. Especially taking points on heroes that have huge pick and successful winrate in M4 World Championship.

Its on my analysis based on few points

1. Mechanical skills
2. Itemization
3. Durability
4. Winning lane
5. Core marking efficiency
6. Zoning
7. Split pushing
8. Damage

And it will splitted into 5 group

S - Currently broken and destroying most Exp Laner
A - Quite strong and can survive in mid or late game
B - High risk high reward
C - Most likely to lose lane but very dangerous in late game
D - Didnt have great impact so far
