An unpleasant ranked experience

I had a very unpleasant ranked experience a few days ago, right after i updated the app. This is my first time playing ranked after the large update. However, a lot of bugs happened. First, I didn’t even knoe what has the enemy chosen. that makes me think that is that the new draft didnt let us pick hero? and after that, i couldn’t even choose my hero! the system picked kagura for me and i had to use her with the marksman emblem! also, i killed gusion at around 1-2 min after the match started and the system disconnected me. after reconnecting, i got 0 kill and 2 deaths! what the hell is happening here? i hope moonton fixes that as soon as possible
