Microsoft has launched a new feature called Microsoft 365 Copilot which integrates AI capabilities into its Office applications. Users can command Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other apps to work for them with simple voice commands. For instance, in Word, users can quickly create a document and request changes in writing style, while PowerPoint generates presentations with ease, and Excel can analyze data and produce visualizations. Copilot can also help users locate important emails, generate email replies, and keep track of meeting records in Teams. Microsoft is currently working with 20 users, including eight Fortune 500 companies, and plans to open up the service to more users in the coming months.
